Exchange Policy

We accept items for exchange within 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer only exchanges on non-sale item(s). All exchange items are subject to a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges. No refunds.

Items must be in new, unaltered, no odor, and unused condition with tag attached.

Sale items or undergarments are NOT eligible for exchanges.

You will be responsible for getting the item back to us, any exchange items sent back to you will be an additional charge. We recommend you insure your package, as we are not responsible if your return does not reach our warehouse.

Do I have to pay shipping for my exchange items?

Yes, you will be responsible for getting the item back to us, but any exchange items sent back to you will be an additional charge as well.

When I request an exchange, will the item be held for me?

When your exchange is setup we place your item on hold. Although we do attempt to hold your item, we cannot 100% guarantee that our warehouse will be able to successfully hold your item so we suggest that you ship your item back as soon as possible.

How can I check my exchange status?

You will be emailed when your item(s) arrives at our warehouse.

We will notify you again (within 7 business days) when your exchange has been completed.

How long will it take for my exchange to be processed?

Once we have received your merchandise at our warehouse, it should take approximately 7 business days to complete.

Can I receive a refund if I exchange an item?

All exchange items are subject to a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges.
